We know privacy matters here more than almost anywhere else. From the moment you check out to the moment your package lands on your doorstep, nothing about it gives away what's inside. That's not a footnote to our service — it's the whole point.
Discreet Packaging
Every Naughty Mango order ships in plain, unmarked packaging. No logos, no product photos, no winking taglines, no descriptive text of any kind visible from the outside — just a box or mailer that looks like, well, a box or mailer. The return address on the label uses a neutral business name, never "Naughty Mango," so nothing about your delivery hints at what you ordered to anyone who happens to see it, from a roommate to a doorman to a nosy neighbor.
Discreet Billing
Your card or bank statement will show a neutral billing descriptor — not "Naughty Mango" and not anything describing the product category. If you ever need to confirm a charge, our support team at hello@naughtymango.com can help you match it to your order right away.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. We're actively working on adding more regions, so if you're writing to us from somewhere not on this list yet, stay tuned — and feel free to let us know you'd like us to expand there.
Shipping Times
Orders are processed and packed within 1-2 business days before they ship. From there, estimated transit times are:
- USA (domestic): 3-5 business days
- Canada: 4-7 business days
- UK: 7-12 business days
- Australia: 7-12 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees — carrier delays, customs processing, and regional holidays can occasionally push things a few days past the window above. We'll always keep you updated if something's running slower than expected.
Shipping Costs
Exact shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order size, so you'll always see the final cost before you pay — no surprises, no guessing.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link so you can follow its journey door to door. That confirmation email is just as discreet as the package itself — it won't mention specific products by name.
Customs & Import
For international orders shipped from outside your country (for example, UK and Australia orders may ship from a different origin), you may be responsible for customs or import duties charged by your local authorities on arrival. These fees are set by your country, not by us, and vary by destination. Whatever happens at the border, rest assured: package contents are never declared in a way that reveals the product category, so your privacy stays intact the entire way.
