Delivery estimate

Estimated delivery: 7–9 days. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Customs processing, carrier delays and holidays can affect delivery. Contact us before ordering if you need an item by a particular date.

Destinations & rates

Free shipping on orders of US$59 or more. For orders below that amount, the rates below apply. All store prices and shipping rates are in USD. The final shipping charge is shown before payment.

Tracking & support

When tracking details are added to your order, you can view them in your account. Email hello@naughtymango.com if you need help locating an order or checking its status.

International delivery

Orders may cross international borders. Import duties or taxes assessed by your local authorities are not included in the shipping rates above and may be payable on arrival. Customs declarations must accurately describe the shipment and can include information required by customs authorities.

Packaging & payment questions

Contact us before placing an order if you need confirmation about packaging or delivery labels for a specific item. Payment details are shown at checkout; your bank’s transaction display may vary. We can help identify a charge using your order reference.
