  • Any information you provide directly when contacting customer support, such as questions about an order.

  • Stripe handles payment details. The configured statement descriptor is NM OFFICIAL; banks may display additional information.
  • Access to order details and customer data within our company is limited to the staff who need it to do their jobs, such as fulfillment and customer support.
  • We never share your purchase history with social media platforms, advertising networks, or data brokers for targeting or resale purposes.
  • All data transmitted between your browser and our site is encrypted using HTTPS.

5. Cookies

We use browser storage to remember your bag, wishlist, recently viewed products, age confirmation and notice preferences. Wishlist and viewing history stay in your browser; you can remove saved products or clear viewing history on the storefront. The admin area uses a session cookie for sign-in. Stripe and our hosting providers may use cookies and technical logs to process payments, deliver the site and prevent abuse. No advertising analytics script is currently installed on the storefront. Clearing browser storage removes your saved bag, wishlist, viewing history and preferences.

6. Sharing of Information

We share only the information necessary to get your order to you and keep our business running:

  • Fulfillment providers and carriers receive the details needed to prepare and deliver your order, including your name, address and relevant order information.
  • Our payment processor receives the transaction details needed to charge your order and process refunds.
  • Netlify and Cloudflare deliver the website; Supabase stores order, support and subscription data; Resend processes transactional and opted-in marketing email.
  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. Customers in the United Kingdom have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to request a copy of the data we hold about you or to ask us to erase it. Customers in the United States, Canada, and Australia may have additional rights under the laws that apply to them.
