Can I check the packaging before ordering?
Yes. Email hello@naughtymango.com if you need confirmation about packaging or labels for a specific item. Customs authorities may require shipment details on international parcels.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery: 7–9 days. Free shipping on orders of US$59 or more. Smaller orders have a destination-based shipping fee. See our Shipping page for the rates and international delivery details.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the USA, Canada, UK, and Australia. We're working on adding more countries — check back if your location isn't listed yet.
Do I need to be 18+ to order?
Yes. All products on this site are intended for adults, and you must be 18 or older to purchase. By placing an order you're confirming you meet this requirement.
Where can I check materials and safety details?
Specifications vary by item. Read the product description and manufacturer instructions. If material, dimensions or care information is missing, contact us before buying. Product categories do not establish safety certification.
What's your return policy?
Unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned or exchanged — this is standard practice across the sexual wellness industry. See our full Refunds policy for details. How do I clean and care for my products?
In general, clean your product with warm water and a mild, unscented soap or a dedicated toy cleaner after each use, then let it air dry fully before storing. Keep it in the pouch or case it came with (or a clean, breathable bag) and away from other products to avoid material reactions. Always check the specific product description for material details, since care can vary by material.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Email hello@naughtymango.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll sort it out quickly — whether that's a replacement, exchange, or refund. We want you to feel good about every order.
Do you offer batteries or chargers with vibrating products?
It depends on the product. Some vibrating products are rechargeable and include a charging cable, while others require batteries that are or aren't included. Check the "What's Included" section on each product page for the exact details before you buy.
