The second image lays out the black version: the cap on its fitted ring, four separate rings labelled 42mm, 45mm, 48mm and 52mm, a brass-coloured insert lock cylinder, and two keys on a split ring. That is five rings in all; the title counts the four spares. The pink version appears only in the first image, so we cannot confirm it ships with the same set. Material and shape. The black cap looks satin and the pink one glossy, and both look like opaque plastic. No material is printed. A flat front holds everything close to the body rather than in a tube, so the ring does all the work of keeping it on. Picking a ring. Measure the circumference behind the testicles at the base while relaxed and divide by 3.14. Between two of the printed sizes, start with the larger ring and move down only if the cap pulls away. Care. Wash the cap, rings and slot with warm, mildly soapy water and dry everything. Remove it at once for numbness, colour change or swelling.
